3-D body Scans

The information available to healthcare patients continues to get better everyday. A new tool created by Healthline Network and GE called HealthLine Body Maps is just one of the latest consumer healthcare tools.  This unique tool shows body scans in a 3-D rendering to assist in educating patients.  The tool also lets patients watch how a certain disease or ailment effects the whole body.  Also, available are tips and suggestions regarding the disease or ailment.  In the future GE hopes to tie this body mapping technology with patients actual MRI and body scans.  By linking the two, patients can understand their scans and make changes to live a more healthy life.
